ترمینال ورودی دیجیتال KL1418 سیگنالهای کنترل باینری ۲۴ ولت DC را از سطح فرآیند دریافت کرده و آنها را به صورت ایزوله الکتریکی به واحد اتوماسیون سطح بالاتر منتقل میکند. هر ترمینال باس شامل هشت کانال است که وضعیت سیگنال خود را با استفاده از دیودهای نوری نشان میدهند.
