ترمینال باس KL2542 امکان کارکرد مستقیم دو موتور DC را فراهم میکند. این موتور از طریق باس K به صورت گالوانیکی ایزوله شده است. سرعت یا موقعیت توسط دستگاه اتوماسیون از طریق یک مقدار ۱۶ بیتی مشخص میشود. اتصال یک انکودر افزایشی امکان تحقق یک محور سروو ساده را فراهم میکند. طبقه خروجی در برابر اضافه بار و اتصال کوتاه محافظت میشود. ترمینال باس شامل دو کانال است که وضعیت سیگنال خود را با استفاده از دیودهای نوری نشان میدهند. LEDها امکان تشخیص سریع محلی را فراهم میکنند.
